ERTÜRK factory in Manisa, became operational in September 1998. ERTÜRK operates on a 13.000 square meter tokal area including 7.000 closed park. This multi million dolar factory represents one of the largest investments in the dried fruit industry in turkey. It is located in the village of selimsahlar approximately 45 kilometers from the city of in İzmir turkey.

ERTURK Food Industries Company is one of the leading exporters of dried Turkish sultanas and raisins. Our production capacity in bulk is 20.000 tonnes and in retail 4.000 tonnes. According to the annual survey carried out in 2006 by the Turkish Exporting Council, we are in the top 500 exporting companies and in the top 5 of sultana exporters.
