Our produce is sultanas/raisins and mixed fruit. The product types are Type 8,9,10,ll,Thompson and the sizes are small, mediumjumbo & standard and with the quality of A,RTU and the customer's special specifications.

TS 3411 defines sultanas in terms of colour and size. Number 7 is the darkest colour and 11 is the lightest colour. The other colours are 8,9 and 10. the higher number is the lighter colour.

Another parameter is the fruit count per 100 gram.
