ERTURK is located between Saruhanli and Manisa. This area is one of the largest growing areas in the Aegean region of western Turkey. The best quality sultanas are harvested from the best quality vineyards in our region.



The best quality sultanas are dried naturally between the dates ; 20th of August and 15th of September. The sultanas dry under the sun to become the delicious sultana raisin and they are graded by their size and the cleanliness of the product.
