Quality
The Qualities that we produce are A Quality, RTU and Extra RTU.
At ERTÜRK we are able to provide our clients with all of the qualities that are used in the sultana industry, we are able to do this by using the latest technologies in food sorting. The quality of the product is usually determined by our customer’s specifications. If the client does not have a set product specification we are able to offer them our own specification.
Raw materials are inspected at the first step. and only the ones that meet company’s requirements are accepted and coded in the system for full product traceability, starting from the field to the final product.The Qualities that we produce are A Quality, RTU and Extra RTU.
The Sultanas / Turkish Thomson are also divided in to four sizes. these are known as;
Jumbo, Standard, Medium, Small.
