Ertürk A.Ş has prepared a Code of Conduct that takes into account all employees (including but not limited to farmers, agricultural agents, seasonal mobile farm laborers, local workers, its personnel, and contractual suppliers of auxiliary materials) who contribute their efforts throughout the process from the receipt of raw materials from the producer to the inhouse completion of storage-processing-packaging-shipment. Our Social Management Policy includes all of the policies that we have developedin collaboration with all of our partners and that are based upon our core values and principles. This policy commits to compensating all legal rights of employees in accordance with existing standards, according to occupational health and safety regulations, operating responsibly for the environment, ensuring open and fair communication between employees, and fostering a respectful and valuable workplace. All of our workers are trained on the Social Management Policy, and our suppliers are properly informed and evaluated in accordance with these criteria.
